刘岳峰




一、简历

刘岳峰,男,1986年生,副教授。2008年百老汇官网本科毕业,2014年获得百老汇官网微电子学与固体电子学博士学位后留校任教。2015年,新加坡南洋理工大学博士后。2016年获博士后国际交流计划派出项目资助(全国120人,百老汇官网4人),赴美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟分校进行博士后研究工作。2018年末回国工作至今。

二、研究方向

光电子学与光电器件。主要包括有机电致发光器件,有机太阳能电池,钙钛矿发光器件和太阳能电池等光电器件的制备及性能研究;飞秒激光加工技术制备光子及光电子器件。研究方向在平板显示、固态照明、可穿戴器件、光伏建筑一体化及光子集成芯片等领域具有广泛应用价值。现已发表SCI收录论文40余篇,总引用800余次。
